Wal-mart can help me by making sure there are cashiers to handle the customers in their building. I am a loyal Wal mart fan but store 1197 is forceing me to shop at the local grocery stores because I cannot get out of the store with my purchase without waiting for... More...

I have continuously submitted applications to the Walmart Store in Greenville Alabama and continuously am passed over for a person of color! The majority of employees in this store are black and I think the people they have doing the hiring should be looked into. This is reversed discrimination. I have seen these people hire people they know while my qualifications outnumber the people hired. This will be taken further if nothing is done about it. Half these people hired cannot even read nor have any common sense while ringing up a purchase. They ring something up without even knowing what it is (groceries) so you have to keep an eye on what their doing while being waited on!!! STOP ALLOWING THE HUMAN RESOURCE DEPT FROM HIRING BASED ON COLOR AND WHO THEY KNOW PERSONALLY!!
