i booked a room through hotels.com , i asked for a room on the beach with an ocean view. when we got there it took almost 3 hours to find the hotel, we called the hotel to get directions no one answered. when i found it it easnt wat i asked for, it was across the busy street infront of other hotels that had an ocean view. upset after finding this we booked a room somewhere else. they told us we wouldnt be charged for it and we was. i cant talk to anyone at hotels.com. so they pretty much stole my money giving me a hotel i didnt ask for. i will never book through hotels.com again.
