still waiting - waterford lamps

I ordered two lamps (very expensive lamps i might add) on July 29th...I have been promised several times that i will have them in 2 weeks.... well... guess what... i am still waiting!!! I am not sure if they are scamming me or if they are being held up by the manufacturer but wither way they do not communicate progress with you and if you call during business hours 5 out of 10 times you will get an answering machine... what the hell is up with this company?
