McDonald's (McDonalds) Complaint

I went to the local McDonalds and ordered a large decaf coffee. 20 minutes later I still had no coffee and was not able to get a refund. I am still thirsty and it has been over an hour. I am a dollar 26 poorer and STILL thirsty. What gives? Mcdonalds corporate policy says coffee is to be made every half hour. Why am i STILL thirsty???
