This company should be ashamed of themselves. They prey on the elderly, take advantage of people who are not knowledgable about their rights after filing bankruptcy and lie to get what they want, which is money from someone who is already struggling to stay above water and pay for medication. I am representing my Mother. She was lied to by a woman named Lana at this company. She told her that this is a major credit card, and then she spoke to me and told me the same things. She said this card could be used to transfer balance's from credit card's with high interest rates. This is only a low rate card that can be used to shop in a catalog that this company forces on you. They charged my Mom, $149.00 for this "privilege". This is a disgusting business practice. Someone needs to put a stop to this and get my Mom's money back. I'm sure they have done this to many other people. Lynda, Brentwood, NY for Hilda, Chambersburg, Pa.
