I wanted to thank oscar the case manager of sears customer relations for his quick response to my issue on repairing my sony tv. you do have one good worker for your company, his name is Randy Worth #9068 he called me after the drama with the appointment scheduling, to see if we were ok and taken care of when i told him no, he immediately took action, and took it upon himself to make sure i was taken care of, i think sears needs to take care of this employee, i don't think there are too many people like oscar and randy, that will go out of their way to help people anymore. thanks again for all your help and dedication to your company. Randy will be the only one fixing anything for me in my house. thanks sears laura delaney 719-510-1608
