so confusing - New Canaan daybed

i went to order the New Canaan daybed from Ballard -

and their are no words to describe the confusion. Half of what is shown in the photo is not included (like the cushion/mattress and even the cover as shown) and the website does not prompt you to order the additional items -- actually there is no way to figure it out. The staff -- although nice-- was equally confused. I attempted the order anyway -- crossing my fingers.
