Had the same problems as everyone else.
Customer service is IMPOSSIBLE to contact by either phone or email. Horrible company. Chef Tony should be ashamed to have any connection with this company.

I called to purchase Smart Lidz and it is answered by an automated system. You cannot get out of the system until you hear the entire spill. You give them your credit card number without your mailing information until the end which forces you to listen to the entire advertizement, and at NO TIME CAN YOU TALK TO A LIVE OPERATOR!!! I ordered one set (9.95) with one extra large lid for an additional $5.00 and I received my package totaling nearly $75.00 and NONE OF THE LIDS WORK. This is a SCAM and will be reported to Consumer Affairs.... I am disputing the charges!!!! And probably will not trust any other TV advertizement....
