slow and incompetent service - order taking and service

Every time I stop to buy food at Mcdonalds on Rice St in Lihue they get my order wrong My prior visit it took 3 tries to make a choclate milk shake ,the third try made by the manager who agreed with me that shakes are acctuly supposed to be blended.Today my family waited 12 min. for our food order That seems extreme I think they need some corporate support My family enjoys Mcdonalds often but find it frustrating to always come upon the same issues at this Mcdonalds.
