sloppy delivery

I live in a rural aria 300 feet down driveway from road. 50% of drivers leave packages tied to front gate in plastic bag, without delivering to home. I had a certified retirement check for $350,000 left tied to gate in plastic bag for 3 days until it was traced and I found package.
Yesterday they delivered one package to bag on gate and left an attempt to deliver notice glued to pkg. without a single box checked or mark made on it. Now i see in "E" mail they called that an attempt to deliver another package which had signature required status. Tracking#1Z791AR84246497299, this is no way to DELIVER. My packages need to be delivered to home not tied to a gate on a public road.
