shocked - Windows Vista

My friend bought a very nice HP pc which runs on vista. The computer is nice until you try to use it. It came with know manuals or CDs so he calls tech when he has problems, so he was having a problem using the HP printer which he purchased with it, he called tech and they emailed the manual which he could not download on his computer with vista just came up blank, he had to email the link to my computer which runs on XP and mine downloaded it just fine I was shocked to see this on a brand knew computer with vista.
