Recently i ordered a pair of flip flops for my son along with some underamour headbands for my daughter....... i received the flip flops dissapointed my sons feet had grown! the head bands were on back order and said to ship within the next two weeks, i wanted to exchange the sandals for a different size and used the label provided to mail back the sandals, still No headbands! i received an email stating the flip flops were out of stock and i would recieve a refund, i noticed on my credit card a return amount of 18.00 for sandals i paid 24.99 for....... i was told by EASTBAY that i had used the "smartlable" and that i was charged 6.99 for my return! UGH! sooooooooo NO sandals........ NO headbands(which are backordered till lord only nows how long)
I can gaurentee i will NEVER do any online catalog shopping with this company again!!!
people complain about the price of gas these days....... how about the price of shipping off the internet!!!!
what happened to customer service!
