shipping cost more than product!!!???

what a nerve. the familiar face of chef tony on a new infomercial.... and his company robs you at the end of your web order by charging double the purchase price for shipping, after offering you more and more of his products. they add the shipping w/o your authorization... bingo!!! your confirmation appears w/ 21.00 for shipping... i will call to cancel monday. waited 45 mins today on the phone and didnt have the time to wait any more.

I bought two items that totaled $7.00 from Factory Direct Crafts. The shipping was $9.85 because they only have one shipping cost list which is for bulk items even though they sell single items also. They have a lot of great stuff, but I won't be ordering it because I can't afford the shipping.

they lure you in with cheap "too good to be true" prices, then they torment you with more offers (which the shipping is incredible on). when you go on line to make the purchase...they add all this shipping and handling w/o your approval. most sites show you the invoice for approval... not these clowns!!! same w/ ronco products... stay away from the "popeil family" products...customer service is non existent. better off buying these products from other companies online. google gives many companies that sell all the as seen on tv products. good luck w/ future purchases.

Im really angry a this companie, their customer service is incredible bad, i bought a 8 litters press cooker and the control stoped working after 3 months from i purshased, so i decided to send to customer service and bingo delivery was almost expensive as the item. But the worse part about it is i sent it a month ago and i have receive not answer, so i lost the press cooker and also the $$.$$ ! what kind of companie is that? Im so frustrated.......
