i purchased an item on ebay and the seller had hang ups she stated that she had several jobs and couldnt send the item,soon i paid for priority mail 3 day shipping and now she wont credit the money back unless i go thru paypal and give them permission to charge my card for any purchase i make on the net witch i wont do she is being imposable can you please help this is one of the reasons for no consumer confidence.
