I attempted to order the SmartLidz on the internet but could never get a shipping and handling charge. Finally I foolishly proceeded to checkout thinking that I would then learn and confirm or cancel the order as every legitimate company will allow. Instead, within a few minutes I received an email, showing that I had made TWO orders, both at the same outrageous handling charge the scammers chose to make. Every effort to contact the company was blocked or refused and some time later, exactly one week apart the orders arrived. I will file a dispute with my Visa provider and am considering contacting The Department Of Consumers Affairs as well as the Better Business Bureau. Beware of this company as they are anything but honest.

I ordered 1 set of smart lidz @ 19.95 and was charged $41.00 shipping&handling after checking my credit card statement I noticed they charged me $67.20 for 1 set of lidz Chef Tony and his product is a total RIP OFF!!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS
