Merchant Cash Direct aka MCD aka CMA aka Canadain Merchant Assn. is a scam run by Maurice Verrelli convicted of 9 million dollars in telemarketing fraud by FTC. This co. is a boiler with 30 people based at 1801 McGill College Ave. ste.900 Mtl., Que., canada they call co.s coast tocoast and lie about who they are and what they cam\n do. They say the are brokers for processors and say they can lower rates. It's all a scam they are not brokers they can not lower rates. Anyone that switches with them lands up paying more and gets locked into a scam contact for 5 years.

Merchant Cash Direct and Canadian Merchants Assocation are run by a criminal named Maurice Verrelli convicted by FTC for 9 million in fraud. This a boiler room run out of 1000 sq. ft. on McGill ave. 1801 ste.900 in mOntreal everyone knows its a scam should be shut down by copps soon.
