I am so sick of calling and asking for repair and help. I get the run around and am on hold for hours. I set up an appointment for repair tomorrow morning at 10 and you set it up for 2pm to 4 pm. Get you acts and stories together for the unsuspecting customer who... More...

I completely agree with your comments. OurTook installation 2 technicians, the first one did not seem trained at all and just wanted to dash away from the project. Dropped our land line for 2 weeks (between technicians-disconnected my old home network so I had trouble re-connecting to a hard wired connection, the wireless adapter provided was junk-now the receiver is going up in price..hope the hold on to their year price==otherwise.. we will already thinking of going back to Charter
