I am so sick of calling and asking for repair and help. I get the run around and am on hold for hours. I set up an appointment for repair tomorrow morning at 10 and you set it up for 2pm to 4 pm. Get you acts and stories together for the unsuspecting customer who uses your service. Brad or Brett gave me his I.D. to get back to him and I can't becuase you have no clue as to who he is. This needs to get resolved. I need to leave here at 1pm tomorrow afternoon and plan on spending little more time getting this resolved. Brad or Brett bb98lp@atttech support.
