Target Complaint
return policy, outsourcing - Returns

My niece registered at Target as an expectant parent. Even though she registered, some items were duplicates. She tried to return them but was told she is allowed to return only $20 worth in a 365-day period if she didn't have a receipt. It was necessary for the manager to talk to his superior who was in India. With this economy and so many people out of jobs why is Target out-sourcing?!
I am very proud of my niece for standing up to customer service, managers and Target. We are passing the word that your company is only out for money, not customer-friendly, and we will NOT shop there again!
