terrible customer service. appointment was scheduled and nobody showed up. customer service states they cancelled my scheduled appointment because I did not pick up the phone when they decided to call me even so I had somebody at home all day waiting for them. the person in customer service was unbelivebly rude and on my request to speak to a supervisor put me on hold forever on spanish language line!
my husband was right- should not ever use big companies- they just don't care.
