refurbished mattress - Simmons Scarlet Plus

Myself and wife purchased a bed room set from Ashley furniture . After about a year the mattress developed a stain and my wife started to notice bite marks from bugs. We contacted every one that we could from this company there was terrible customer service. To top it all off I'm still waiting on some one to come out to check this mattress after a month of the reporting.

Yes, like I said, I think it is odd you had your mattress for a year and started noticing things such as stains and bugs. I don't understand how you can be so convinced it is the store/warehouse's fault. Specifically, how can the store somehow be responsible for creating a stain while the mattress is in your home for over a year? I suggest you reread the implications in your original post and perhaps you will see why I'm not making the connection. In addition, the unwarranted nature of your response only furthers my suspicion that your shotty claims against the operation of the store/warehouse are simply ridiculous. Janice I don't know what state your from, but in the great state of California selling refurbished mattresses is illegal. I take excellent care of any thing I purchase. So, it was either the stores fault during storage where the product is not protected properly or it was the manufacturers fault during assembly utilizing recycled material. I work hard for my money and I refused to get ripped off by some corner cutting company, but obviously you don't have to worry about earning a living while you sit on your keester watching soap opera's and trashing peoples concerns about stuff they paid good money for. And no offence but you sound like a moron with out a clue as to what happens in warehouses and storage facilities.
