really dissapointed with samsung - 1.5 ton AC

bp no. 8410488639. samsung services are really very poor... u people have committed me that my ac will be OK on 29th of July and today is 29th august. when i called u your customer care always told that we will call you..bt u people make fool of customers by giving time again and again..
when you are not satisfying the customer then how he could trust on your company.. i will never suggest anyone to buy a samsung product..
