"I don't care about your families Christmas!" - Customer Service

In a recent phone conversation with a Kohl's representative I was shocked to hear one of things he told me. He said "I don't care about your families Christmas!" Can you believe that? A company that is willin to take our money, but does not "care" about how our personal Christmas is.

I WILL NEVER SHOP AT KOHL'S AGAIN!

I think we should think twice about who we give our money to during a Christmas season where money is short. This represntative took money from our families Christmas, and does not care that my one-year-old son gets less than he should, $355 less!
