They do state in their policies that if you return too much, they will refuse to let you order. But if the quality is this poor, I don't know what they can expect.

0 You are correct and I think their policy are horrible. If they don't want you to purchase and try out they products they maybe they should go off the air or not offer the return policy at all. I think as customers we should have the right to decide for ourselves if something is of good quality to us or not.
0 Same with me. light amethyst, doesn't look African at all. Gold was nice, price so ok, so I kept it.
