I made a golf shoe and ball purchase at Dick's today and was asked to fill out a customer survey in order to receive a $10 discount. I was happy with my purchase, its value and the customer service I received.

I purchased some stuff for a rafting trip this summer at Dick's today and was asked to complete the online survey to receive $10 on my next purchase. I am glad to know that I'm not the only one that can't seem to find this survey. I tried the last time I purchased something and no luck then either.
