After over twenty years of using CVS pharmacy to fill percriptions for myself and my family, I have finally 'pulled the plug on CVS'!Initially I filled my perscriptions at the CVS pharmacy in East Bridgewater, MA. but after a new pharmicist arrived, I switched to the CVS in Whitman,MA. This change took place because of rude and outright cold, nasty behavior. CVS in Whitman, was fine for a while, until the pharmacist from East Bridgewater transfereed there. I grinned and beared it. Then one afternoon a women at the front counter was very rude to me and I called for the manager. He took her side and I wrote a letter to management but recieved no response. I stayed with the pharmacy because of one Afican Amercan man who has always been professional and ppolite. The only employee I've met there who understands customer service. After the rudeness and fridged service I recieved there today from all those working in the pharmacy, except for the one man I mentioned, I decided it was time for a change, and I feel good about it. I went across the street to Walgreens and was treated professionally and politely. I will tell all my family and friends about CVS and how much better their competition is. No one should be treated that way. I hate to think of how much money I have spent there over the years, but it will never happen again! Enough is enough!
