I called hp for support for a 7850 photosmart printer and was told it would COST $34.00 so I went with chat on line for support spent hours with the tech. He said I have a hardware problem!! so I TIED to fix the problem myself for days. Tied again with a tech for HOURS I was tooled I had a hardware problem again. so I tried to fix it again AND GUSS WHAT I FIXED IT WITHOUT PAYING FOR SUPPORT OR ANY TECH SUPPORT THIS TELLS ME NEVER BY A HP AGAIN
