priceline ripoff - airline booking

DO NOT USE PRICELINE.com THey allowed an airline to debit my credit card even though they already debited it themselves! I have wasted many hours trying to rectify the problem only to be told - finally- that I may get a refund in 6 months time!!

AVOID PRICELINE.com

Does anyone know how to change or cancel your flight on the priceline site? I have tried and simply can't figure it out. Calls to priceline were useless. Can anyone help

priceline sucks!! Beware before bidging priceline. i bid for a lower amount but it came back with a higher bid amount and after 1 hour of wait for the customer service (by phone) they adamantly refused anything in their part! the hotel price even from their website was two thirds than the higher bid it gave! It is NOT always CHEAP to bid using priceline. I will not use or recommend any of friends to use priceline anymore!!

The credit card company didn't illegaly use my account- Priceline did! The bank doesn't get any money - priceline does. An hour on hold and then the phone disconnects - not O.K.

Don't you think that it's the credit card company that did the "ripoff" on you 'taichi' and not Priceline.com? It's been years of use but never had a bad time with Priceline.com, the cue on customer service, it happens on all customer care hotline (probably that's why they call it a hotline lol). I suggest that you put up your credit card company instead of Priceline.com. The bank is the one that collected the two charges from you, Priceline.com can only collect one payment from the bank.
