went to Fantastic Sams in RI yesterday and just wanted to get a "trim, my hair length was at my collarbone at the time i walked in.i called yesterday morning asking for the stylist i had before which did a good job on my hair,that's why i went back. when i arrived i saw the stylist sitting in the chair coloring her hair so i ended up with someone who did not cut my hair ever..... she did a hack job!! wanted 1/2 off the bottom and sides. she cut at least a inch or so off the length and the sides werent cut at a angle as i wanted. she put too many short layers at the bottom,then she didnt put any mouse or anything like that in my hair when she blow dried it so it flopped like a wet rag, she parts my hair in the middle when styling it which totally annoyed me. i was mad as hell! she hardly spoke to me when doing my hair and on top of that after i paid her she walked away without even saying a thing.. rude, rude, inexperienced people there. if you ever need a haircut DONT GO TO FANTASTIC SAM'S!! its going to take months for my hair to grow back!
