I placed an order at this website on 5/18/08. My credit card was immediately charged. A few days later I sent them an email asking why my order had not shipped. No response. A few days after that, I called and left a message. No response. As of 6/4/08, my order still has not shipped. This company is severely lacking in customer service though they say they have a 100% satisfaction policy. I will never use their site again and I strongly suggest other people avoid it as well.

I placed an order on 7/2/08, it is now 8/14/08 & I have not received my order. I have called them 4 times, once leaving a message with no return call, the other times their answering machine was full. I have emailed them atleast 4 times, with no response from them. I will now be canceling my order.

I want to thank you guys for posting your advice and concerns. Everything you have gone through is what i SEEM to be going through! I ordred a product (free shipping) and just e-mailed to ask when it would be shipped. Now, have sent about five e-mails with no response (even from different e-mail addresses). I'm thinking of filing a dispute. Thanks again

I finally ended up sending them another email requesting they cancel my order and refund my money. Surprisingly, they were very quick to do that.

I too am having a DIFFICULT time trying to get my products from premiumhairproducts.com. When I called I got a noise that was probably a fax machine. What a dead end? And they use paypal?! I thought paypal did a good job of weeding out scammers! I also was immediatley charged and never received a reply to 2 emails! Did you finally just dispute the charge on your credit card? I am thinking of doing so...
