I too made a purchase and was told to fill out an online survey to receive a $10 off coupon for a future. I followed the directions on my receipt to the tee and got a bunch of websites - none of which connected me the store where I could complete the survey and receive my $10 off coupon. Poor design. I do shop at Dick's stores but have often come home with mismatched clothing. So, I only go there as a last resort-
