poor service - no survey

my dad likes DSG, I have to disagree. Everytime I have been in there I have been disappointed. Now I am tryin to complete their survey and can't get to their feedback site no matter what I do.

Store clerk today said we can't carry everything in the store that we have on line. Well, what do you do for those people without computers that are lookin for products in the store. Poor attitude - he was too busy chewing his tobacco.
