poor service - Frigidaire side by side

Bought Frigidaire ref with extended warranty.Ref. icemaker quit and was serviced every Tues for 7 weeks. Eventually lost everything and they fixed following week as scheduled. Ref works but no icemaker. Conatacted GE.,complained about service and they offered to replace with new one. Went to HHGregg , Clarksville, Tn and paid for a replacement. Chose Whirlpool for replacement and told it would be delivered in 9 days, they claim would ship from store in Indiana. Now they tell me they have it on back order. I don't know when I will ever get this worked out. I do not recommend purchase from this company. They are not what they claim in their advertisements.
