I moved and had to cancel my service. It took 10 minutes to find the necessary information on Vonage .com. Then it took another 25 minutes of constantly repeating myself to the Indian woman, who refused to just let me cancel my account. After insisting to speak to... More...

I had a similar issue, didn't want to cancel just wanted to MOVE, as in, change my address. After ages on the phone with someone in Timbuktu I cancelled in a fury. I am so tired of getting to talk to someone who barely speaks English and reads from a scripted answer book. Bye bye Vonage!
