poor service - sunglasses

Maui Jim used to have good service, what happened????

Been buying these sunglasses for 20 years, bought a pair 1 month ago, bumped into a car door and put a small crack in the lens. Lahaina office very rude, soory $60.00 to fix, what a joke. Never will go there again. Can't wait to inform the many hotel and marketing people on maui about the new joke.

Buy a camera or a cell phone,, drop it in water or on the ground, send it in to the manufacture and see if they will fix it for free. duhh,,, you do the math. why doesnt anyone want to take responsibility for their mistakes anymore?
