poor customer service - online reservations

Harry in India says they follow a strict policy and even his supervisor will say the same thing. I booked a flight for an elderly lady online and she made a mistake so of course i made a mistake with the booking. I called immediately, after waiting on two different phones for almost 20 minutes i was answered by Harry, who told me about the strict policy and that it would be $90 change to cancel and then the money would be on credit for future reservation with spirit. He said corporate office would tell me the same thing and finally gave me the number 954 447 7919 and that i could ask for a supervisor, any supervisor but they would tell me the same thing. Now how is that for customer service.
