poor customer service - refridgerator

I own a number of rental homes and called to request a service appointment for an appliance. I was left waiting on the phone for 15 minutes, until I hung up in frustration, vowing never to buy anything more from Sears .

My local store is in Pasadena. A very large store. The ENTIRE bottom floor has only 2 checkstanfs in opposite sides of the store!!! Lines are long, but business would be hetter if service was better. After getting one item I saw something else I would like when walking out, but would never go back to the line again! If you want more business provide better service!
Also the feedback address on the sales ticket kept saying to enter the 12 digit number--I did repeatedly and it was never accepted! Wasted time is insulting!
