please improve - customer service

I am interested in your(ACAI PURE) product,however I am beginning to become frustrated-I have made an attempt to order with my credit card and that failed. I made several attempts to reach you by phone and I live in th est zone and when I call at 7a.m. my time and the recording says I still have A 35 minute wait that is unacceptable to me a consumer.I have learned from my experience in business that the CUSTOMER IS YOUR GREATEST ASSET! I certainly do hope you will consider what I have brought to your awareness. Thank You for your consideration, Martha Bateman
