HAD 3210 for well over a year and found it almost impossible to use - we are forever being told "the tray is out of paper" when it isn't. And when it does go through it often jamsUsed to have a much cheaper Epsom that just printed. Up-graded to get a scanner, copier and printer all in one and have had endless problems. Printing had become a nightmare, God knows how we have got through the number of - expensive - cartridges that we have. Can't predict that we will actually be able to print a page. Other reports suggest this fault is widespread and HP knew about while still marketing the machine. Never going to buy HP again, but I bet they don't care.
