I just spent about 20 minutes on this automated phone call with Shamwow . Ofcourse, like most people I would have rather spoke to a human. But, with the fast past of today, I wasn't suprised. With this in mind, the Company offered me everything they ever invented. I didn't want any of the other products, but saying no wasn't enough. I had to say no twice. After about 15 minutes I was told that it would take 5 weeks for delievery. Who wouldn't spend the extra money to receive the item sooner. (My sweaters would be dry by then). I then listened to an entire shpeel about this gas card, and savings for hotels. Who doesn't enjoy saving a few bucks. Problem being, they enrolled me into this travel/savings membership, even when I declined. Saying I would have 60 days to cancel. ?? I didn't even call for that, or the several other sponges, mops etc. they offer. I tried to get a human on the line. No such luck. I thought this was rude. I believe that if I wanted a mop or free gas, I would have called looking for that. I am not only dissapointed, but when I called customer service, it (ofcourse) wasn't available until tomorrow, by then the product will be sent out. Why as a consumer, when we pay good money, and honestly their paychecks, do we have to be insulted with such intensity. And, why can't i write this directly to their company. Is it because they too have been insulted with mass complaints?? I hope I can cancel the gas/hotel thing, or i just might be on a phone tree with them for hours. Happy New Year to everyone. (if this can be sent to Shamwow, please let me know how..... I will not be hesitant to do that)

Thank you guys sooo much for the warning about this product. I was 2 seconds away from buying it, until I decided to check the internet. Let me know if anyone finds the real deal.
