I do NOT recommend Superior Park Model Homes . I purchased a new park model home for over $60,000.00 with a delivery date of 4/16/08. Delivery of home was on 5/29/08. The home was delivered without any keys to the doors, missing appliances that were paid for, down graded counter tops & severe roof damage. Almost 3 months after delivery date Superior has NOT reimbursed for lock replacements, missing appliances, counter tops or the $5,500.00 out of my pocket expense for the roof damages

I placed a deposit of $11,000 with superior for a park model home which they never delivered and I am still watiing for a refund. I would like to contact consumers with a like problem for possible class action suit.
