We ordered a model on Jan 4 2008 and was told it would be delivered on Feb 25. We also ordered some upgrades and special order items. To begin with the home was not delivered on time as promised, none of the upgrades were completed at all. Numerous calls and emails were made to the company and promises were made and broken in return.
Now that they have changed ownership we are being told that none of the original warranty work will be honored.We even had to call the local sherriff,s office to find out if the co, even existed. They refused to return calls and emails. Our home arrived in July (5 months late) and the lights were missing, the ac was damaged, the kitchen sink was not plumbed in, ada bathroom not installed,the sliding glass door is crooked and not airtight, nails sticking out of cupboards,washing machine wiring was incorrect,and on and on and on.This was probably the worst piece of construction and quality control I,ve ever seen. Now they won,t stand behind their product. Before YOUbuy one of these park models write us at glennbrw@hotmail.com and we will share our experience with you. They promise you the world and once they get your money you are screwed .
