overdraft fees

Bank of america charged me fees when they put a check I deposited on hold with out making me aware. They sent me a letter to tell me about this and said would credit any fees that hit my acct. So I spoke with the bank and they credited the two fees. Than the next day was charged a 35.00 fee for being more than 5 days negative witch was from the check on hold and that caused two more fees of 35 to hit from things bouncing, when I called them they couldnt do anything now I have two more fees of some kind of 25.00 for tele service fees Im tired of dealing with this bank that is not willing to help and says they are doing it as courtesy.
