overcharged - gas, electric

I had been receiving estimated bills for my gas and electric for a year. after moving and closing my account i get a notice that i have over payed. no mention of when to expect a refund. calls to their customer center get no human answer. you suck con ed. happy to take my money but no where to be found if you have to give it back

WHERE DO I START WITH THIS COMPANY THEY CHARGE OUT OF THE ASS FOR DELIEVERY AND THEY DONT EVEN COME OUT TO OUR HOUSES LOL ITS A JOKE. i live in a 2 family house and we live upstairs we are away every weekened and only are home for about 7 hours a day If that, up and using electric i have no washer no dryer no dishwasher and my bill is 130 A MONTH ITS INSAINE. AND YES THEY SENT THERE PPL OUT TO CHECK IT OUT DID THEY DO ANY THING!!!NO THEY DIDNT IF ANYONE CAN SUGGEST A GOOD ELECTRIC COMPANY THAT WOULD BE FANFREAKINTASTIC****** HATE CON ED
