overcharge/unfair billing - heating oil

Farm&Home decided for early termination,change their rate two month before the end of one year before,added $200 fine early termination while they were the one that who breached the contract.They charge me $105.00 taxes on 4 delivery(I never charged taxes by other oil companies),they charged me $602.00 for furnace repair included $139.00 overtime. However, the amount of gallons was beyond the average use.In one month of January 31/08,they charged me $627.30+$200.00 fine.
