over charged - OIL CHANGE SERVICE

I took my 2008 Kia Sorento to the Firestone in Grove City Ohio for an oil change. The price of an oil change was $35.00 and I I had $10 off coupon.The day before when I made the appointment, I told them that their were 2 filters made for my year car.I was told they would check to make sure they had both filters.
40 minutes after I dropped my care off I got a call saying that they had to drive to the dealer to get my filter! 2hours after I dropped my car off it was finally ready. I was handed a bill for $47.29!!
I asked why it was so much. I was told that the filter was not available at the auto parts store so they had to go to the dealer. They charged me $17.00 for the filter. I called the Kia dealer, the filter is sold for $9.58 retail! So to sum up the bill, I was charged $34.38 parts, $10.00 labor and $2.99 tax. I wrote corporate and told them I felt I was taken advantage of because I was a female and that I wanted a refund for the over charges. I got a call from the manager Mike Green(the same man that overcharged me!) He was rude and made excuses.He did not offer any kind of refund. I just wrote corporate again and told them I would write about my experience with their company on every consumer review site I could find. so there you have it,DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FIRESTONE UNLESS YOU WANT OVERCHARGED!
