It is unbelievable that Sears charged us $218.40 for labor to replace a refrigerator relay. The job didn't take more than 20 minutes. Besides, we were changed $80.67 for a plastic part not bigger than a match box.
The total bill to replace the relay was $305.56. As a loyal customer to Sears for over 40 years I would like to protest in earnest for this outrage.
