ordered 2 pr of heely's in november. shipping issues & products claimed to be delivered but never received. on dec 13th a "carrier claim" made that will take 7-14 business days so i am to wait for claim to be reviewed before reimbursed for items... i can reorder & PAY for new items if i would like & hope to get that pair?!?! that would get reimbursed appropriately after carrier claim is complete?!??! No thx!
