old cold french fries - Large fries

Dear McDonalds,

Saturday night Nov 8th approx 9pm my husband brought home hamburgers and french fries from your 90th St and Shea restaurant.
The fries were cold and limp and tasted odd like old grease! Horrible! I threw them away and didn't let my grandson eat any, either.
The hamburgers were not even warm. We have been there a few times before and never had this happen but your employees working there tonight just do not care about your product, your customers or their job!
