I WOULD LIKE A REPLY AS TO WHY IT IS SO HARD TO GET THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENITIVE AND BE ABLE TO TALK TO SOMEONE. YOU DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY PHONE NUMBER TO CALL.

I BOUGHT A HP OFFICEJET 6310 ALL-IN-ONE AND HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH IT. YOU SOLD ME A RMANUFACTURED MODEL AND DID'NT TELL ME. I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING A NEW ONE. I CALLED FOUR TIMES TRYING TO FIX IT. CASE#8015952115 ORDER #RQR281-01 THE SECOND CASE #8016548149 DATED SEPTENBER 28 THE THIRD CALL OCTOBER 19 THEY TOLD ME IT WAS REMANUFACTURED. sERIAL #CN691CH289 #Q8071A #9A834 ON DEC 27 I MADE THE FOURTH CALL AND WAS DISCONNECTED BEFORE I COULD GET A CASE NUMBER. I HAVE BOUGHT A DESKTOP, AND TWO LAPTOPS JUST RECENTLY AND FEEL I DONT DESERVE THIS KIND OF TREATMENT. I WANT TO RETURN THIS PRINTER AND WANT MY MONEY BACK. JOANN PRZYWARA
